What's New

The homeowner's meeting scheduled for Thursday the 20th has been moved to Wednesday, the 19th at 7:00 in the cabana.  Please make a note of it.

Homeowners - please check with your Homeowner's Insurance to ensure that you have "Loss Assessment" coverage.  This coverage is usually optional and usually inexpensive. 

 
Adding this coverage may help cover the expense of any assessments that may arise while living in a condominium
